How the extras work
Answers: each answer runs to 300 words, draws on our published work and arrives within two business days. A question that needs new analysis becomes a private briefing.
The quarterly call: 75 minutes, from the world and emerging markets to Africa, Kenya and Zambia, with questions sent in advance. It is recorded with chapter marks, so you can replay only the part you need. The first call runs in April 2027, after our first full forecast tables. No call runs in July or December.
Chart data: the values behind each published chart, each number with its source and period.
Good to know
Canary Compass publishes ten months a year. Nothing publishes in July or December. The annual plan pays for those ten months. The monthly plan bills every month.
These are web prices, at canarycompass.com. In the Substack iPhone app, prices are higher to cover Apple’s fee, and founding membership is available only on the web.
If our prices rise, monthly, annual and founding subscribers keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay subscribed. Seat and licence prices are set each January.
You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Substack emails a receipt for every payment, which you can use for expense claims.
Every plan receives each piece at the moment it publishes. No plan gets early access.
